Within 2-3 business days after we receive your Planning Guide, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to your individual "Design Review." You will find a preliminary drawing of your deck layout and price quote for the plan.

Price Estimate: The price for custom deck plan service is based on the square footage of the surface material. Typically, plans range between $0.30 - $0.50 per square foot. Prices will vary based on the complexity of the design. There is a Plan Minimum of $85.00.

Final approval of your deck design layout will be made with your payment. A complete plan and material list will be completed within the time frame and method selected in your "Planning Guide."
